Whether you already have property management experience or come from a customer-focused background where you've successfully managed deadlines and built strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career within the property sector. The Role: Carry out regular site inspections and monitor onsite works. Take responsibility for all maintenance requirements. Manage breaches of lease agreements. Complete Section 20 Notices. Prepare, agree and issue service charge budgets. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders while delivering an exceptional level of service. What We're Looking For: Previous property management experience is desirable, but not essential. Experience in a customer-centric role with the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. A confident, professional personality with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. What's on Offer: Salary from £27,500 (depending on relevant experience) Car allowance of £3,600 per year.
