Contracts Manager - Care Home Construction
Salary: 80,000 - 85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Office: Berkshire / West London
Operating Area: Hampshire, Surry, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and West Sussex
We're working with an established main contractor that specialises in the construction of high-quality care homes.The business delivers projects for a number of leading care providers and is involved throughout the development process, including design, planning, engineering, construction and site delivery. It has completed more than 100 care projects, with over 9,000 beds completed or currently under construction. A large proportion of its work comes from repeat clients.
Due to a growing workload, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee projects across Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and West Sussex.Projects typically range from 5 million to 20 million and are mainly delivered under traditional contracts, with some Design and Build schemes.The Contracts Manager will normally oversee three or four projects, depending on their size and stage. You will work closely with the construction teams from the early design and planning stages through to completion.
