This is an excellent opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator to join a growing commercial interiors business delivering high-quality design and build projects across the South West and occasionally nationally. You will play a key role in guiding opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award, working closely with clients and internal teams while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

You will guide opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award, acting as a key point of contact for clients. Working closely with the design, estimating and delivery teams, you will understand client requirements, develop suitable solutions, coordinate pricing and help secure new projects.

This role would suit a construction professional from an estimating, surveying, commercial or pre-construction background who is confident dealing with clients and comfortable communicating with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be personable, commercially aware and organised, with the ability to build relationships while working collaboratively with internal teams.

The Role:

Guiding opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award
Acting as a key point of contact for prospective clients and understanding their requirements
Working closely with design, estimating and delivery teams to develop project solutions
Coordinating pricing, proposals and commercial information to help secure new work

The Person:

Experience within estimating, quantity surveying, surveying, pre-construction or a related construction environment
Confident communicating with clients and senior decision-makers
Strong commercial awareness with excellent organisation and communication skills
Personable, proactive and comfortable working collaboratively within a close-knit team
