Repairs Analyst
Ready to turn data into better services for residents?
We're looking for a curious and analytical Repairs Analyst to help shape decision-making across Peabody's repairs service. Using Power BI, SQL and operational data, you'll identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide insights that improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
You'll need:
- Experience in data analysis, BI or performance reporting
- Strong Power BI and SQL skills
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
