Contracts Manager - Fit Out

I m working with a leading contractor who predominantly specialise in fit-out projects for hospitality & leisure clients. They are well-regarded in their sectors and have built a strong client base of blue-chip businesses. They ve asked to source a Contracts Manager to support live and upcoming projects. Their projects are diverse and can range from fast-track fit outs to new build/extension schemes across the UK. In this role you ll be tasked with driving 2/3 projects at any one time, this role will involve nationwide travel and potentially staying away from home one/two nights a week. • We are looking for a driven Contracts Manager with a broad range of experience spanning fit out, refurb & build.
• The business in question focuses heavily on repeat business, you ll need to share this approach and prioritise getting schemes complete on time and to budget.
• You ll be joining a business with a strong forward order book, they can offer further progression and development opportunities.
