Their turnover in the NW has grown year on year and is now comfortably above £200 Million. They take on projects valued over £100 Million typically in the commercial, industrial, care, leisure, pharmaceutical, retail, education and residential sectors. The Role/You: Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Building Services Manager / M&E Manager. They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Building Services/M&E Manager for main contractors on similar schemes to those mentioned above. You will be based in or able to travel to the North West on a daily basis. The role will be split between their offices and visits to sites and meetings when required.
