Site Administrator Graduate Opportunity
Location: North London
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Sector: Construction Main Contractor
The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Site Administrator to join a busy construction site team working for an established Main Contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to build a long-term career in the construction industry. You do not need extensive construction experience our client is looking for someone with the right attitude, willingness to learn and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the site management team
  • Maintaining site records, documents and project information
  • Assisting with timesheets, delivery records and site documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supporting the site team with document control and filing
  • Assisting with inductions and maintaining site records
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team
  • Helping to ensure project documentation is kept accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with day-to-day administration
  • Learning about construction processes, health & safety and project management


About You
We are ideally looking for someone who:

  • Is a graduate or early-career candidate looking to get into construction
  • Has a genuine interest in developing a career within the construction industry
  • Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Has a proactive attitude and is willing to learn
  • Can work effectively as part of a busy site team
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Previous construction experience is desirable but not essential
