Site Manager/ Supervisor RC Frames / Temporary Works - Residential Development A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential scheme in South East London. This is a strong opportunity for a Site Manager coming from an RC Frame subcontractor / specialist contractor background, with solid hands-on knowledge of frames, groundworks and temporary works. The Role: Managing RC frame and associated groundworks packages Overseeing subcontractors and site activities from frame through to subsequent stages Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and specification Coordinating temporary works and ensuring appropriate procedures are followed Working closely with the wider project team and external subcontractors Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and site documentation The Ideal Candidate: Strong Site Management experience within RC Frame / concrete structures Background with an RC Frame, groundworks or specialist subcontractor Strong understanding of temporary works Ideally holds a recognised Temporary Works Coordinator / Supervisor qualification or ticket Experience working on large-scale residential developments Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics and site safety CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is technically strong on frames and temporary works and wants to take on a key Site Management position within a major residential project.
