Property Manager

Salary: £31,000-£32,000 + bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Pertemps Bristol are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for one of our clients based in Bristol.

This is a good opportunity if you have experience in lettings or property management and are looking for a more organised, supportive workplace with opportunities to

progress.

What you'll do:

You'll manage your own portfolio of around 120 residential properties and be the main contact for landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing tenancies and relationships with landlords and tenants

• Dealing with maintenance issues from start to finish

• Organising contractors

• Carrying out property inspections

• Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations

• Making sure properties meet legal and safety requirements, including Gas Safety, EPC and EICR

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in lettings or property management

• Good organisation and communication skills

• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Strong customer service skills

• A professional approach and attention to detail

• A full UK driving licence

• ARLA/NAEA qualifications are helpful but not essential.

Requirements:

• You must live in the City of Bristol

• Property management experience: 1 year preferred

• Full UK driving licence: required
