Job Description
We're looking for 2 x experienced Plumbers to join our Property Team on an full time permanent position in Newbury and Also in Basingstoke . You'll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in our properties, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.

What You'll Do:
- Repair domestic plumbing installations
- Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks
- Fit and repair pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
- Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks
- Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
- Work on vented/unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)
- Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance
What You Need:
- Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing OR 5+ years in the trade
- Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in occupied properties
- Health & Safety: Knowledge of best practices
- Technology: Ability to use an iPad or PDA
- Licence: Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card (Desirable)
