Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Raunds (NN9)
Tech-People are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a static commercial site at Howdens in Raunds.

Start: 28/09/2026
26.29 per hour Umbrella PAYE / 20.19 per hour PAYE
45 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm
Static commercial site
The role will involve carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site, ensuring work is completed safely and within required SLA timescales.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Electrical maintenance and fault finding
- General M&E and fabric maintenance
- Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Identify and report defects and potential issues
- Complete maintenance records and paperwork
- Work to statutory compliance and health & safety requirements
- Ensure jobs are completed within agreed SLA timescales
Requirements
- Recognised electrical qualification is essential
- Good all-round M&E / fabric maintenance experience
- Previous commercial building maintenance experience
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a static environment
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Must be able to work via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS/Ltd Company payments.
