START 27th AUGUST - 2 WEEK BANK CLOSURE RIPOUT - OVERSEEING TRADES

We're Hiring: Site Foreman
Location: Whitehaven

Sectors: Commercial - bank closure ripout
Day rate: 25 - 26
Duration: 2 weeks

We are looking for a Site Foreman for a 2 week bank closure project in Whitehaven. The foreman will require a SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid cert. The job will consist of ripping out the bank including putting up ply boards/ joinery work. Overseeing crew coming in ripping out ATMs and stripping down bank.

Responsibilities of the Site Foreman:

• Oversee bank closure and ripout.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site.
• Able to work to programme and push / manage sub contractors on site.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

Requirements for the Site Foreman:

• Experience as a Foreman/ Manager preferably in commercial
• CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

What's on offer:

• Pay rate 25- 26ph
• Weekly pay on a Friday
