London (Office & Site Based)
25,000 - 35,000 + Training + Long-Term Development
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to start their career in Project Management with an established multidisciplinary consultancy delivering a wide range of commercial construction projects across London. With a strong pipeline of secured work, you will receive hands-on training, shadow experienced Project Managers and develop the skills needed to build a long-term career within the industry.

This multidisciplinary consultancy provides architectural, civil and structural engineering, environmental consultancy and project management services. Delivering projects from concept through to completion, the business works across a variety of commercial, industrial and public sector projects.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking for a Trainee Project Manager to join their London team. Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, site activities, programme management, cost control and client communication.
This role would suit someone at the beginning of their career who is driven, willing to learn and wants to build a future in construction Project Management. Whether you have a construction-related degree, site experience or simply the right attitude and ambition, the business is willing to invest in developing the right person.

The Role:
Supporting Project Managers across live construction projects
Gaining exposure to design, procurement, site delivery and project coordination
Assisting with programme, cost, quality and risk management
Shadowing experienced professionals and developing Project Management skills
The Person:
Degree, qualification or site experience within construction
Strong communication and organisational skills
Driven, motivated and keen to develop a career in Project Management
Able to take feedback, learn quickly and work well within a team
