What we're looking for You may currently be working as a Proposals Manager, Bid Manager, Bid Writer, Bid Editor or Senior Bid Coordinator, ideally within fit out, interiors or construction. Essential criteria Strong experience of writing, editing and managing high-quality construction or fit out bids. Experience of developing compelling win themes and translating them consistently throughout submissions. Experience of working on EOIs, PQQs and competitive tender submissions, ideally including Design & Build opportunities. Ability to understand technical information and turn it into clear, persuasive and client-focused content. Experience of facilitating answer planning sessions, win-theme workshops and tender reviews. Strong organisational and resource-planning skills, including managing contributors and demanding tender deadlines. Confidence working directly with senior leaders, project teams and technical specialists. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience using Adobe InDesign. Desirable criteria Direct experience within the commercial fit out or interiors market. Experience of private-sector D&B and two-stage procurement. Understanding of the London commercial property, workplace and fit out market. Experience supporting tender interviews and client presentations.
