About You We are looking for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment. You will ideally have: Previous experience within a Pre-Construction Manager, Senior Estimator, Project Manager, Construction Manager or similar position. Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment. A good understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, procurement and buildability. Experience working with clients, consultants, designers and specialist subcontractors. Strong commercial awareness and an ability to identify risks and opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and programme management abilities. A proactive, solutions-focused approach. The confidence to challenge, influence and provide practical advice. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
