This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to work across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and mixed-use developments. The successful Project Manager will manage projects from initial brief and feasibility through procurement, construction and completion.

The Project Manager will chair project meetings, monitor key milestones, manage change-control procedures and advise clients on procurement and delivery strategy. You will also support tender processes, administer building contracts where appropriate and ensure that project information is issued accurately and on time.

The position will involve maintaining strong client relationships, identifying project risks and ensuring each commission is delivered in line with the agreed brief, programme and quality requirements.

  • Discretionary bonus.
  • Support towards chartership and professional development.
  • Pension and private healthcare.
  • Annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Exposure to major projects across Manchester and the wider North West.
  • Clear progression to Senior Project Manager.
  • A collaborative and established consultancy environment.
