Multi Trade Operative

My client is in need of an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on their Void and Occupied social housing in the area of Warwickshire.

Rate - 20 per hour paid via CIS (perm after 3 months wouldstart at 28k)

Location - Warwickshire

Duration - Temp to Perm - 3 month contract

Providing specialist support and housing management services to vulnerable people to actively live healthy, To provide a high quality and effective maintenance repair service to properties managed by Spring Housing.

We are looking for candidates with relevant trade qualifications and/ or experience in relation to buildings and repair, including:

Carpentry and joinery skills

Fire Door fitting and repairs

Kitchen repairs and replacements

Fire Stopping

Plumbing

Plaster patching

Tiling and grouting

Locksmithing

Fault finding (e.g. fitting fire doors, leaking showers, replacing kitchen worktops, units etc)
