Freelance Site Manager Required in North London
GVR Solutions are working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on ongoing refurbishment and fit-out works on a healthcare project.
Project Details:
- Scope: Ongoing Fit-out and Refurbishment works on a healthcare scheme in North London - the project is a live environment so requires a level-headed manager that is also very client-facing.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: North London
- Rate: 280- 290

The Site Manager must have/be:
- Experience working on healthcare projects is advantageous
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Site Management
- Ability to oversee day-today operations and subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
