Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager

Our client is a national contractor undertaking commercial, refurbishment and mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to join the team on a hotel scheme in Perth.

They're converting an office building into a hotel.

The position will report into the Project Director.

They require this individual to have previous experience on refurbishment, fit out or hotel projects.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 65k - 70k + full package & bonus.
