This Senior Quantity Surveyor role will be based on a major student accommodation scheme in Birmingham. This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is site-based (4 days on site, 1 day in office), working on a £30m+ student accommodation development (240 units). The project is due to start on site in the coming months and will run through to 2029. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be joining at pre-construction stage, giving full commercial ownership from early works through to final account.
