Multi Trader x2 Elgin & Surrounding Areas
We're currently recruiting 2 experienced Multi Traders for a 6-week contract covering Elgin and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidates will be working independently across void properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works to bring properties back up to standard.
The role includes:
- Working in void properties
- General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- patch plastering, basic plumbing, decorating and other associated works
- Working independently across different locations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader
- Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks to a high standard
- Full UK driving licence
- Own transport required initially
- Reliable and able to work independently
