Tenant Liaison Officer

I'm looking for a Tenant Liasion Officer for a project in Social Housing Properties in Newark.

The Tenant Liasion Officer will be expected to:

• Collecting and delivering documents, keys
• Discussing with tenants on what colours and materials they want
• Acting as a Customer Liaison Officer, providing clear and professional communication
• Updating customers on delivery times, what works are taking place, access arrangements, and any changes

Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Tenant Liasion Officer that has:

• Experience in social housing properties
• Experience as a TLO / CLO

And in return, the Tenant Liasion Officer will receive:

• 20 per hour
• Ongoing work
