Job Description
Site Manager - School Refurbishment Project
Location: Coventry (CV2)
Start Date: Monday 27th July 2026
Duration: Temporary
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Coventry starting Monday 27th July.
The project will involve pipe repairs, radiator replacements, and general mechanical refurbishment works within a live school environment.
Requirements:
- Previous Site Management experience within refurbishment / M&E works
- Experience working in live environments
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Basic DBS required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Rate:(negotiable depending on experience)
