Residential Surveyor Consultancy Basis Up to £100,000 OTE Remote Working

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis in the Shrewbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking the flexibility of remote working while benefiting from a strong fee split, administrative support, and uncapped earning potential.
Working a minimum of 2 days per week, you'll cover a 25-mile radius from your home, carrying out residential surveys and valuations using industry-leading reporting software.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
- Undertake Mortgage Valuations
- Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
- Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards
- Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service levels
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and best practice
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified or above
- Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience
- VRS registered
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
- Full UK driving licence
