About You
- You'll have a strong joinery background and be looking for the next step in your career.

- Experience as a Lead Joiner, Chargehand or Working Foreman within fit-out or interiors
- The confidence to take ownership of site activities and lead small teams
- A practical, hands-on approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the Central Belt
