Site Manager (Fit-Out)

Site Manager required to support the Project Manager on college refurbishment works across the summer shut down period.

This will involve overseeing projects in various areas of the college, managing the subcontractors, alloacting work, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.

The Site Manager will need to be able to read drawings and will be comfortable working closely with the client based on site.

Ideally, this would suit an ex-tradesperson (carpenter) who has a practical understanding of refurbishment work.

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid Certs required.
