Site Supervisor required on a commercial fit-out/refurbishment project on a business park on thje south side of Guildford. The Site Supervisor will support the Site Manager and be integral to the management of the day-to-day site activity, with a particular responsibility to ensure all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered to. The client will be looking for a zero tolerance working environment with regard to safety. The Site Supervisor will need to be a good communicator and comfortable directing labour and subcontractors, overseeing material waste disposal, site deliveries and correct storage. SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates required.

Site Manager required to manage and deliver a commercial interior fit-out/refurbishment project close to Bournemouth. Working closely with the client, you will manage the budget & site programme and oversee all subcontractors working on site. Liaising with a visiting Project Director, you will be responsible for the health and safety of the site working environment, ensuring this high-standard fit-out is delivered efficiently on time. Requirements: Black CSCS - SMSTS - First Aid Certificate

Site Supervisor required to work on a construction interior fit-out project in Plymouth. The Supervisor will support the Site Manager overseeing site labourers and liaising with the various subcontractors. Along with managing the Health & Safety procedures on the site, the Site Supervisor will ensure all material deliveries are stored correctly and take charge of managing material waste disposal. You will need a Gold CSCS card, SSSTS and First Aid. Project start date - 14/09/2026 Important Note: This established interior fit-out contractor do not pay via UTR/CIS - weekly payments will be made via PAYE/Umbrella.
