Job Title: Electrician
Location: Loughton, Epping, Ongar & Bishop's Stortford
Salary: 40,000- 42,000 per annum + OTE up to 52,000 (including overtime and call-outs)
Job Type: Permanent
Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join a growing team delivering electrical maintenance and repairs across social housing properties.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic electrical works, including reactive repairs, fault finding, testing, remedial works and planned maintenance within occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
The Role
- Carry out domestic electrical repairs and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
- Complete EICRs, testing, inspection and certification.
- Undertake remedial works following electrical inspections.
- Carry out planned and responsive maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Requirements for the Electrician
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (can put you through if needed)
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
