Duration: 8 Weeks
Rate: 220 - 260 per day
Think Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week office fit-out project in Barnsley on behalf of a growing commercial fit-out contractor.
The Company
Our client is an established design & build fit-out contractor delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects across the UK. They have built an excellent reputation for quality and are continuing to grow, securing repeat business with a number of well-known commercial clients.
The Role
You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of an office fit-out project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
This role would suit a Site Manager who is comfortable running fast-paced office fit-out projects and has a proven track record of delivering multiple commercial workplace schemes.
Responsibilities
- Managing the project from site through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities
- Maintaining programme and quality standards
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Liaising with the client, project team and supply chain
- Managing site paperwork and reporting
Requirements
- Extensive office fit-out experience is essential
- Proven track record of delivering multiple CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects as Number 1 Site Manager
- Able to manage projects independently from start to finish
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Strong communication and organisational skills
