The Company
Our client is an established design & build fit-out contractor delivering high-quality commercial office refurbishment projects across the UK. Their portfolio includes CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit outs, workplace refurbishments and design & build schemes for a wide range of blue-chip clients.
Projects typically range from 250k - 5m, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and delivering exceptional customer experiences from pre-construction through to handover. The business has built an excellent reputation within the commercial office sector and continues to secure repeat business through long-standing client relationships.
The Role
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee commercial office refurbishment and fit out projects from start to finish.
You'll take full ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors to deliver high-quality workplace environments.
