Job Description
A Freelance Site Manager is required to oversee the early stages of a new build care home development. The project will initially be for 4 weeks but will potentially be ongoing.
Project Scope
External works including:
- Car park construction
- Retaining walls
- Drainage and underground services
- Kerbs and associated infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely on programme and to the required quality standards
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records
- Liaise with the client, consultants and project team
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects
- Strong background in groundworks and external works
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Available for an immediate start
