We are looking for an organised and reliable Site Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the site management team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the construction site. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting site activities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Duties
- Providing administrative support to the site management team.
- Managing site documentation, records and filing systems.
- Coordinating site inductions and maintaining personnel records.
- Monitoring timesheets, attendance records and site registers.
- Uploading and maintaining health and safety documentation.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, meeting minutes and site correspondence.
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries where required.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries and liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
- Ensuring all site documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator or in an administrative role (construction experience preferred).
- Valid CSCS Card (or willing to obtain one, where required).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
