Pre-Boarder
Our client is looking for an experienced Pre-Boarder Labourer to join a Housing Project in Durham (DH1)
Will be pre-boarder labouring on a new build home building and construction site.
The contract is for 3 MONTHS work
Working hours being 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
START DATE 13/07/2026
Can pay PAYE or Umbrella
Pay Range 15.50 - 18
Requirements for the Role:
- A valid CSCS card
- Previous experience pre-boarding on a new build homes site
- Own PPE - high viz vest, hard hat and steel capped boots
- Right to work documents
- 2 References to validate previous work in a similar role
