Job Description
- Responsible for the production of M,E and PH drawings using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks software.
- Manage drawing subcontractors and specialist sub contractors in a lead role.
- Create drawings/sketches where necessary to help resolve design issues.
- Produce a drawing schedule and monitor production of drawings against this, as part of regular Progress Reports.
- Liaise with the project team to develop consultants design drawings through to construction issue & As Built stages of the project, including incorporating Technical Submittal information into the revit model.
- Attend meetings involving architects, consultants and other trades where necessary, to resolve all clashes within the federated model, and resolve any design issues.
- Ensure all standards laid out in the clients BIM Execution Plan are adhered to, including asset data requirements.
- To provide solutions to coordination issues faced on site to the project site team in a timely and cost-effective manner.
