Electrical Supervisor Leading MEP Contractor (Residential Projects) Salary: £57,000 - £60,000 + Travel Expenses Location: London & Home Counties Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We re proud to be representing one of the UK s top-tier MEP contractors , currently delivering a £50 million+ portfolio of work this year alone , with a healthy and growing pipeline into 2026 and beyond. Due to this sustained success, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on major residential projects across London and the South East. Company Overview: This contractor is well-established with decades of experience delivering high-spec mechanical and electrical packages on residential developments. They work with renowned names in the industry, including Berkeley Group, Higgins , and Hill Group , and are known for their strong project delivery, technical standards, and collaborative site culture. Role Overview: As Electrical Supervisor , you ll take the lead on the electrical delivery across multi-unit residential projects overseeing subcontractors, ensuring installation quality, and managing site progress. You will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in driving programme and compliance on site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day electrical installation works on site Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and labour Ensure work is carried out in line with current regulations and project drawings/specifications Monitor site progress and help drive delivery to schedule Conduct quality control checks and snagging Ensure all works are compliant with health & safety standards Attend site meetings and liaise with the wider MEP delivery team Support commissioning and final handover process Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the residential M&E sector Previous work on high-volume residential schemes is highly desirable Strong technical understanding of electrical building services SSSTS or SMSTS certification Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications confidently What s on Offer: Competitive basic salary of £57,000 - £60,000 Travel expenses covered Long-term, stable role with one of the industry s leading contractors Opportunity to work with prestigious clients on high-profile projects Clear route for progression within a growing business If you're an Electrical Supervisor looking for your next long-term opportunity with a forward-thinking MEP contractor, we d love to hear from you.
