Gloucester Royal Hospital - Civils / Enabling & Minor Works Package

We are currently delivering a predominantly civils-led package at Gloucester Royal Hospital, supported by specialist subcontractors covering steelwork, masonry, joinery, doors and associated building elements.
Scope of works includes:
- Preparation of multiple areas for CFA piling (circa 60 remaining)
- Installation of ring beams following piling completion
- Concrete slab construction across multiple areas (circa 120m )
- Masonry structure works (circa 100m ), including timber trusses and slate roof coverings
- Minor internal wall construction
- Epoxy floor coatings (circa 60m )
- Kerbing (circa 100 linear metres)
- EPDM roofing (circa 14m )
- Small canopy extension
- Replacement of soffits and fascias (circa 33m )
- Structural steel elements including wind posts, trimmer beams, and temporary/permanent steel for large generator installations
- Tarmac surfacing (circa 180m )
- Drainage works including French drains, diversions, and new installations to service new structures
- Installation of metal doors and louvres (circa 15nr)
This package combines enabling works, civils and associated minor building elements within an active hospital environment.
