Salary: £14.35 per hour
Hours: Full-Time
Weekly Hours: 37 hours
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Duration: Temporary
Access NI: Basic clearance required prior to appointment

About the Role We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Building Safety Co-Ordinator (Band 4).
This role will involve gathering and analysing information, supporting reporting processes, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring building safety documentation is managed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of reports, updates, and documentation relating to building safety activities
Providing administrative support including arranging meetings, preparing papers, producing documents, and taking accurate minutes
Ensuring building safety information, including meeting records, inspections, and checks, is accurately documented and securely stored
Supporting the development and review of policies and procedures
Monitoring and reporting occupancy information across Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs)
Maintaining risk registers and updating relevant information systems
Responding to queries and supporting effective communication within the Building Safety Management Team
Ensuring records are managed securely in line with data protection and records retention policies
Essential Criteria Applicants must meet one of the following:
BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus 2 years' relevant administrative experience
Equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and a minimum of 3 years' relevant administrative experience
Minute taking experience is essential for this role
Applicants must also demonstrate:
Experience communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience using IT systems for document storage and retrieval
Experience using IT applications including Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, organisational, and planning skills
Ability to interpret policies accurately
Confident IT skills
