Clean driving licence and access to transport. Desirable Criteria: Experience in housing or public sector project management Knowledge of NEC Term Service Contracts. Key Responsibilities: Project manage design and build contracts in accordance with NEC Term Service Contracts. Deliver planned works programmes within agreed timeframes. Administer contracts and maintain accurate project documentation. Liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and Trust policies.
