Key aspects of the role:
Working within the Social Housing sector, primarily refurbishments, to produce seamless results for local authorities.
- Overseeing the works, leading the Site Managers, Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
- Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
- Using your knowledge of roofing, rendering, and more external schemes to drive the contract to completion.
What you'll need:
- Strong experience in Social Housing Refurbishment
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at work
- UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
