Multi-Trade Operative (Carpenter) needed in Liverpool

Multi Trade Operative (experienced Carpenter) Required To Work With Leading Maintenance Contractor based in the North West of England.

Looking for someone who is an experience Carpenter/Joiner with a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery that lives close to Liverpool and has their own vehicle. You will be working on Void properties (mainly), ideally someone who has multi-trade experience too,

My client requires skilled and professional multi trade operatives to assist with responsible for delivering a high quality and cost-effective property repairs and refurbishments, estate services, gas servicing and installation and maintenance service across the UK to both internal and external clients.

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
• Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations in accordance with contract and service specifications.
• Resolve problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed in line with agreed processes and within contract and service specifications.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed, in accordance with the agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
• Contribute, as appropriate, to special projects and change programmes in support of the Group's objectives.

What's on offer:

Pay rate: 20. Paid weekly Umbrella or CIS

Hours: 40 hours per week (8am - 4:30)

Duration: 3 months (potential for extension)

Location: Liverpool

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpenty/Joinery
• Full UK Driving License
• Ideally social housing maintenance experience
