A leading Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join its London team. Hybrid working offered (office, site & home).
This role suits candidates from Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Pre-Construction backgrounds within the office fit-out / interiors sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-construction estimating and cost planning
- Tendering and pricing small works office fit-out projects
- Procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Commercial management of live projects
- Valuations, variations and final accounts
- Client liaison and project handovers
- Managing multiple projects up to £200k
