The Project Manager must have a main contracting background with experience on luxury/ high end projects. Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor £8m Commercial Refurbishment 12-Month Contract Site Based A Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager is required to take commercial ownership of an £8m commercial refurbishment project , covering both pre-construction and the live construction phase. This is not a pure office fit-out role. The project includes externals, roofing, façades, refurbishment, internals and CAT A office fit-out , so strong general construction knowledge is essential. The Role Review the design and refurbishment requirements and develop the scope and initial costs Take the project from pre-construction into delivery, managing the commercials throughout Prepare tender packages, assess subcontractor costs and recommend appointments Manage POs, subcontractor accounts, variations and monthly valuations Review and manage the main contract and provide commercial reporting Work closely with the Project Manager and site team on a daily basis Requirements Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager experience Strong construction and refurbishment background Experience across externals, roofing and façades D&B commercial office / CAT A fit-out experience Able to work fully site-based and take ownership of the commercial function

The Site Manager will be on a 12 month contract overseeing a residential refurb. The Site Manager must have main contractor experience in the residential sector. SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS a essential. PROJECT MANAGER - KENT BASED WITH NATIONAL SITE TRAVEL A fantastic opportunity to join a growing and progressive company who are looking for a Project Manager to be based out of their Kent office. The Project Manager will be overseeing multiple sites which typically are fit out/ refurbishment projects reporting into the Construction Director. The role: Office based with travelling to sites which can be nationwide. Working alongside the QS, Contracts Manager and Construction Director in a client facing delivering fit out/ refurbishment schemes. The person: Must have experience within fit out and refurbishment, be able to run numerous projects at once, client facing, good technical/ structural knowledge and design experience. Experience with a main contractor on fast track projects. On offer: Salary circa £60-70k plus company car, fuel card + package etc Genuine progression within the company.
