Site Manager- Enhanced DBS

Site Managers with pre-existing Enhance DBS required for school refurbishment projects in and around Durham.

Works to include full classroom refurbs, door replacement and electrical works.

Overseeing all sub-contractors, controlling programme, ensuring quality and reporting to the Contracts Manager amongst the duties required.

Start Mid July.

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness also required.
