Dry Lining Contracts Manager required to join my client based in South Yorkshire. Works on commercial and domestice projects, working within 1.5 hours of the office. Duties to include managing multiple projects, looking after H&S, organising programmes, being client facing and developing new business. Resident Liaison Officer required for a permanent role, initially in the Southampton area. Work to co-ordinate between residents and contractors on a large refurbishment project on a live/tenanted apartment building. Other projects coming up in Portsmouth and Plymouth, where time would need to be spent on these projects, so a willingness to travel will be essential, along with a full driving license. Expenses paid for any travel, along with other company benefits. Experience working in a similar role is essential.

Site Managers with pre-existing Enhance DBS required for school refurbishment projects in and around Durham. Works to include full classroom refurbs, door replacement and electrical works. Overseeing all sub-contractors, controlling programme, ensuring quality and reporting to the Contracts Manager amongst the duties required. Start Mid July.
