Orbit Workforce Solutions is currently supporting a specialist contractor within the passive fire protection sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee site-based delivery across multiple live projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day site delivery of passive fire protection works
- Oversee firestopping, fire barriers and structural steel protection packages.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and labour resources
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
- Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards.
- Support reporting and programme updates to senior management.
Working Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm
Requirments
- SMSTS + Black CSCS Card
- Driving licence and vehicle
- Strong PM-level construction experience
- Proven passive fire protection site delivery experience
- Ideally CIOB membership or HNC/HND background
