Site Foreman required for internal refurbishment in the Chelsea area.

This project includes a complete internal rip out / soft strip out of the building.

Looking for a Site Foreman who has previously supervised the soft strip of projects up to £1mil and understands what is required to ensure the project is completed on time fulfilling the contract. It s possible once the soft strip is complete (but not confirmed) the next phase will be to work on the refit / refurb of the building.

The successful Site Foreman will need up to date certification such as SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness.
