For this site you will need to have experience of working on sites as a 360 driver and have a valid CPCS / NPORS card. You will also need to have a full drivers licence as well as Orange PPE. Reporting to a visiting construction manager the successful Foreman will look after the running of the site, make sure deadlines are met, ensure quality is maintained and communicate with subbies, face to face, on the phone and via email. The first project is roughly 10 months and there are similar follow on projects. Looking for an experienced tradesman (Preferably Carpentry, but open to other trades). The successful applicant will be able to manage their time between working on the tools and managing the team and project as a whole.
