Site Managers required for seasonal educational projects throughout Surrey and surrounding areas. Looking for Site Managers who will be available from mid July onwards as summer contracts begin within educational institutions. Ideally applicants will have an Enhanced DBS as contracts should start prior to the end of term. Previous experience of running contracts within this type of environment is required and applicants must be able to demonstrate a sound proven work history of managing all aspects of a project from inception to completion. Site Manager Site Manager required for 6 high spec apartments in the Falmouth area of Cornwall. This project is a conversion project, turning the existing building in to 6 apartments. Applicants will need to have previously managed conversion projects and be able to take the project from early stages through to completion on time and to the correct specification. This contract will last at least 6 months, however there may be a follow on project in the Penzance area.
