Salary - Basic £28,000 £30,000 OTE £45,000 - £50,000
Hours - Mon Thurs 9am 5.30pm Fri 9am 5pm / One In 6 Saturdays 10am 1pm

The team offers tailored marketing strategies, professional photography, floor plans, video tours and advertising across major property portals to maximise exposure and achieve the best possible results for clients.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and respected estate agency as a Lettings Lister.
Job description:
- Primary contact for landlords, building excellent relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
- Maximise stock levels and drive revenue
- Generate new instructions through networking and nurturing landlord relationships
- Conduct market appraisals to advise landlords or rental properties for marketing
- Pricing and market research
- Collect details about the property (size, location, price, features, amenities)
- Verify ownership documents and legal information
- Create Listings with Clear attractive property descriptions
- Keep all listings up to date and ensure accuracy of all information
- Negotiate Tenancy terms
Skills
- Proven background in letting Listing
- Ability to win instructions from landlords
- Confident in pitching and explaining services
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation with a 'can do attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
