Job Title: Head Of Governance
Salary: £72,964 per annum (Full Time, Permanent)
Location: North Liverpool area (Agile working)
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 36 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client s head office / HQ in the North Liverpool as a Head Of Governance. Our client is a well known property and housing company and the main responsibility as a Head Of Governance will be to lead governance excellence, ensuring that there s a key focus on robust assurance, regulatory compliance and effective board decision making.

As the Head Of Governance, you ll do the following: shape the governance framework, influence board and committee effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance and assurance alongside driving a culture of integrity, transparency and accountability.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Provide high quality, strategic governance advice.
• Lead and continuously enhance governance frameworks.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory and legal requirements.
• Oversee the effective operation of Board and Committee structures.
• Strengthen governance reporting, risk and assurance processes.
• Support strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality, high-performance capability.

Requirements:

• Have experience and examples of being a credible, pragmatic governance leader with experience operating in a regulated housing environment.
• Hold a strong understanding of social housing regulation and governance frameworks
