Rate: 23.00- 24 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a well-established social housing contractor covering Bedlington and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy social housing contract, contributing to works on their Kitchens, bathrooms and rewire scheme.

• Boxing in pipes, fitting bath panels
• Bathroom fitting and refurbishment works
• General joinery maintenance and refurbishment within tenanted properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site

• Valid CSCS Card
• Manual Hanlding
• Working at Heights
• Asbestos Awareness
• Previous experience working within social housing, voids, repairs, or refurbishment projects
• Own tools required
• Own transport required
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• 23.00 per hour
• 39 hours per week
• Ongoing work with a reputable social housing contractor
• Consistent workload across Newcastle and Gateshead
• Immediate start available
